The chemical manufacturer uses boilers in their factory, resulting in alkaline wastewater. Previously, they were able to meet discharge standards by combining and mixing this wastewater with general wastewater generated in the same factory. However, after upgrading to a larger capacity boiler, the amount of boiler wastewater increased, and even diluting it with general wastewater caused the pH to exceed the standard values. Neutralization treatment is necessary to comply with discharge standards, but there are challenges such as "we lack experience in neutralization treatment and would like to fully entrust it to a company with expertise." The TPC-12 model employs a time-sharing proportional control method for pH control of raw water, allowing for stable and highly reliable treatment. Its compact and modular design makes it easy to install and move in confined spaces. We would like to introduce a case where we delivered a pH neutralization treatment system for acidic well water. We received a consultation stating, "We are using well water, but we are troubled by water leaks in the water heater occurring after a few years." After conducting a water quality analysis, it was found that the pH value was low. It was believed that this was causing the copper pipes in the water heater to corrode and lead to water leaks. Therefore, we proposed a pH neutralization treatment system for the well water, which led to the installation of the system.
